407-414-8445 Ever heard of a snuggle bug? Instead of getting one, how about two! These boys are absolute lovers! And absolutely lovable! Please consider them! They are good with other dogs their size, But they love love love to be pet, they can be pet by anyone, and otherwise are very friendly! We have never had to worry about them attacking anyone. They are very dependable to just follow you around the house, or snuggle up while you read a book or even brush their fur. They are loyal lil' mutts and will light your path, and your hand with licks! If you have another small dog(s) looking for a set of playful, kind, and sweet twin brothers ... (Read More)these are possibly a good choice. Lightning and Thunder are best bro's as well as best buds. We have been trying to find a home for these little guys for over a year, we may have to give them to a shelter or foster soon... it's not that we don't like fosters, you do a very good work, but we need to know where they go and we would love to check on them with the person who decides to adopt these treasures. Lightning's fur over his body is a bit discolored at the tips because of leaning on the chalk wall so you may want to get him groomed, but they are very healthy. Speaking of cats, they did once come up to a sleeping cat and sniff him calmly and didn't want to hurt it but they really have no socialization with them. They may be fine with a cat that is used to dogs, or even a kitten. We have a guinea pig and they are never aggressive towards it,and Lightning actually is very affectionate with it. Once they come in from a walk, they love to run across the house for about 10-30 seconds, but they are not high energy. Occasionally they play fight, but, again, not high energy. You will need to have a fenced in yard (chain link best). NO smokers! Clean house, clean life with these dogs. They get along well with young children who understand that they need time to adjust. They are about 19 lbs (not 20) each. They are full grown and about four years and get along splendid with dog's their size. Lightning is a bit more energetic than Thunder, and I'm sure they would love another dog to play with! They are about 15 inches tall. Thunder comes and goes (but yes he does know his name)for petting on his own terms-- but neither are at all aggressive! Once they get to know you, they will be snuggle, love, walk, snuggle, and eat! They ARE house trained, but they must be taken out for walks 2-3 times a day to do their business. They would love to go with you to the park, or hiking, but never off-leash, and just check for ticks if they were out in the woods for too long because they have the sneakiest way of getting into Lightning's toes and ears! We live in Kissimmee Fl and are only adopting out nearby, no more than 35 miles. They are real sweethearts, and with another dog in the home (up to 25 pounds) they will warm up the fastest. We know you have been looking through posts upon posts but please, give these guys a chance? You have seen this line many times but, maybe these ARE good pups for you! Please Call or Text between 9:30am-4:00pm (weekdays) and 1:00pm-5:00pm (weekends) at: 407-414-8445. Thanks for your help! (Less)

PIease Read Before Adopting a Papillon in Florida
Papillon Dogs can make good pets in Florida if they match your IifestyIe. The Papillon is an elegant toy breed with large ears and a gracefully curved tail. Papillons are active, playful, and full of personality. Papillons do well with older children and cats with whom they are socialized, but can sometimes be combative with other dogs. Housebreaking a Papillon may require patience. Papillons love to play outside, and can be protective and territorial. This breed does best with a yard, but some Papillons adapt fine to urban apartment life.

Papillon is French for butterfly. Papillon dogs get their name because of the butterfly-like shape of their ears. Many Renaissance paintings depict Papillons.
