|Rescue Me ID: 16-07-20-00537Liam and Presley (male)|
**Please fill out an adoption application on our website at www.pawswapofgreaterlafayette.com/adopting if you are interested in meeting Liam and Presley. As long as the ad is viewable, we will be accepting applications. A home where they can remain together and a fenced yard is preferred. Their total adoption fee is $300. Meet Liam and Presley. This father / son duo have been together for as long as they can remember. Liam is a 2 year old Papillon and Presley is his 8 month old son who is also part Chihuahua. We are looking for a home for them together. Both are neutered, up to date on shots, heartworm negative, and microchipped. Both dogs do well with other dogs, cats, and children. They take a bit to warm up to new people, but quickly trust once they are comfortable. They need a bit of work on housetraining, but are improving quickly. Neither enjoy being in a crate but are fine confined to a room while unsupervised or would be fine gated in a laundry room, etc. They love to go outside in a fenced yard and have not been destructive in their foster home. They are quiet and only bark if someone comes to the door. They like to be near you and Liam can jump up into your arms and hope you will catch him every time! If you have room in your heart for these two cuties, please send in your application on our website at www.pawswapofgreaterlafayette.com/adopting. Their adoption fee is $300. (Less)

|Rescue Me ID: 16-06-20-00245Maddie (female)|
Maddie is very sweet..... accustomed to pampering and lots of attention - princess treatment. Tends to get jealous of other dogs/animals/kids; but just pouts rather than acts out. She is blind and deaf and as such is very jumpy. Does not particularly like to be held, but loves belly rubs and gently pets. She needs patience and love.

Papillon Dogs can make good pets in Indiana if they match your IifestyIe. The Papillon is an elegant toy breed with large ears and a gracefully curved tail. Papillons are active, playful, and full of personality. Papillons do well with older children and cats with whom they are socialized, but can sometimes be combative with other dogs. Housebreaking a Papillon may require patience. Papillons love to play outside, and can be protective and territorial. This breed does best with a yard, but some Papillons adapt fine to urban apartment life.
