Papillon Mix    Age: Adult

Compatibility: Good w/ Most Dogs, Good w/ Most Cats, Good w/ Kids and Adults
Personality: Average Energy, Submissive
Health: Blind, Abused/Neglected

Named for her pauper to Queen status, this sweet girl wandered up to our home. I believe she was dumped. She is completely blind in one eye and has a cataract in the other. She can see a little out of the cataract eye. I cleaned her up, clipped her nails, gave her wormer for large worms and hook worms. We have two adult cats and two adult husky/wolf mix dogs (outside) and she seemed fine with all of them. Our cats both hissed at her and all she did was back away and find something else more interesting to do. My son has Autism, so he hasn't really been hyper or rough with her, but she seems to be ok with anything you do to her. She's a ... PIease Read Before Adopting a Papillon in Missouri
Papillon Dogs can make good pets in Missouri if they match your IifestyIe. The Papillon is an elegant toy breed with large ears and a gracefully curved tail. Papillons are active, playful, and full of personality. Papillons do well with older children and cats with whom they are socialized, but can sometimes be combative with other dogs. Housebreaking a Papillon may require patience. Papillons love to play outside, and can be protective and territorial. This breed does best with a yard, but some Papillons adapt fine to urban apartment life.
